Hello and good evening
My workout was absolutely awesome today. Ashley put me through the Cardio paces :) I started with 15 treadmill at 3.5 before Ashley met me and we started the following routine.
1) Step-ups with standing arm presses with a 10 pound bar, then side stepping with ball over the head bouncing - full cardio/core activities. (30 minutes non-stop)
Since I am no longer sitting for extensive periods of time in a data centre I am now self-employed and the stress levels have obviously dropped like lead. I feel great. I attended a meeting for MXI which opened my eyes to even more benefits.
Two things have also been added to PaulTingley.com.
1) MXI (XOCAI)- healthy chocolate (looking for members for my Board of Directors)
2) ISAGENIX - (this is my sister's website) - family business can be fun stuff.
My goals of a six-figure income and a new BMW-M3 get closer every day!
