My Nubodys' membership is exactly one month old and I feel 10 years younger. My blood pressure lowered by 10 points on the diastolic and to walk 30 minutes is nothing now - used to be pain and burn in the chest and 'black and white' fatigue on my return.
Tonight my workout routine was awesome. The session with Ashley (a great personal trainer!) lasts about a half an hour. So I go early so I can get 20 minutes or so for cardio on the treadmill.
Tonight my routine was as follows:
Leg extensions (Quads) - 3 sets of 12 superset with Leg Curls (Hamstrings) - 3 sets of 12
Lat pull down - 3 sets of 12 superset with 60 seconds of cardio step up/down (3 sets 60 secs)
Bike - 2 sets of 2 minutes (heart rate to 144) with some interval training with Leg Presses (2 sets of 12 (150lbs)
Then I stretched out quads, hamstrings and my back to call it a full hour.
I go back Tuesday at 10am.. I'll keep you posted.
