Feeling Better All The Time

It Takes Time, but it is so Worth It

No more headaches. Easier sleeping and no problem getting up early in the morning. That's a happy three if I ever saw it.

Working out at least two times a week at Nubody's and walking on days in between has proven worth every dollar of membership and every step forward.

My last session was a 16 minute walk on the treadmill at a 2.8 setting. Following that I met Ashley, my personal trainer, and we walked over and I did three sets of 12 squats - they are getting easier, balance is key. In between sets of squats I did 12 side bends with 10 pound weights.

After a small rest we moved to the back extension machine and I did 3 sets of 12. Even that was easier as my back gets stronger. A small drink of cold water and to the lat pull down machine - three sets of 12 for the back and triceps. Then over to a machine where I could push weight ahead of me to work the upper chest and shoulders, much like bench pressing except slightly up and forward in a sitting position.

The hour went fast but the workout was perfect. I am feeling better all the time - who wouldn't!

Therefore I recommend a fitness program for you today - call your local fitness provider - it is so worth it! Besides, winter will soon be here, like it or not.
