New Exercise Update

It has been awhile but things are going good with my Nubody's workouts. I work upper body and lower body alternately each week.

Ashley introduced a couple new machines for my upper body.

First she worked me on an Assisted Chin/Dip machine. Good for the back, biceps, shoulders, chest, arms, Deltoids, pecs, triceps and lats - sure can work up a sweat too.. weight loss!!!!

The second one was similar to a rowing machine without the moving seat. It worked my shoulders and upper lumbars.

The bike was good too - have increased my cardio by adding 20 RPM and getting my heart rate up to 140+. I superset the bike with the rowing machine, and the leg press so far.

Just a short update.
