Day 2 and 3 and 4? (still Day 1 of the rest of my life)
Where did those 2 days go? Time flies! But it is still day #1.
Well Tuesday and Wednesday are behind me. The Ambassatours Setra and MCI training was great. Those motor coaches are so computerized they literally drive themselves. And as far as being green (environmentally sound) the transmissins are built NOT to send emissions out into our atmosphere and actually save us fuel and wear and tear. The training was easy and the fact I was paid helps too.
Yesterday, I also picked up my cheque from Hilton. I bumped into the daytime shuttle driver and the maintenance manager. The place was packed with cars. Charter season has started. My timing was good. Speaking of saving energy - I'll save my back by not being full-time for sure. But, on another note, since I am available, the manager asked me if he could call - well of course I said yep.
TeleTech will be automatically depositing my final cheque from them in my bank at midnight so between Hilton and TeleTech and small amount from Ambassatours, I'm basically paid for my March budget.
The wait is on for CGI though. I believe he said 2 weeks from this Friday (tomorrow). Let's pray it is sooner but I'll survive.
And speaking of surviving, I never heard anything back from the Courier so I am not sure what I should do there. In the meantime I'll get my kids to school and have a "check engine" light checked at Toyota this morning hopefully (or at least make an appointment). He may call during that time.
Thursday! A new day. And still day 1 of the rest of my life!
