Steps to Becoming a West At Home Agent:

The following steps explain how you can register, interview, and begin certification to become a West At Home Agent.

Step 1: Completing the on-line registration form
West At Home Agent follows a standard selection process for all registrants. You must complete the registration form on this website. Please make sure that you have a valid email account before completing the registration form. Your email account is a vital communication link. Minutes after completing the registration form you will receive an email with your status, either accepted for further consideration or qualifications do not match West-At-Home agent requirements.

Step 2: Taking the Suitability Survey
When you receive the acceptance email, you will find a link to the web site to take the Suitability Survey. This survey will enable them to help you be successful. Upon completing the survey, you will receive another email with your current status. If you are accepted for further consideration an appointment date and time will be confirmed for a telephone interview with their Contractor Support Staff.

Step 3: Phone Interview
The Contractor Support Staff will call you as scheduled. The phone interview will last about 5-10 minutes.

Step 4: Welcome to West At Home Agents
Once the phone interview and background investigation authorization have been completed, you will receive an email with important information about training and certification.
