Just wanted to wish each and every one a happy holiday season and may 2010 be good to you.
Try to stay active all season, but treat yourself - turkey is good for you, fruit and vegetables are awesome too, and a piece of pumpkin pie will never hurt you! (Just make sure it's just one though :) )
Remember to sleep and rest when you are able too. Try to stick to your three workouts per week.
